Guys, just noting that I'm reading "The history of ancient Iran" by Richard N Frye. In page 384 it says:
This hypothesis was shaken, however, by the publication of coin hoards found in Tajikistan where coins of Kanishka III were found in large numbers together with copies of Vasudeva I coinage, but later finds revealed an absence of Kanishka III coins with a great abundance of imitations of Vasudeva gold as well as copper issues.... is that coins of Kanishka III were accepted as tender in the north for a period of time and then not so...
